Project Background

An OEM customer needed a clear handover package for a water quality sensor order before the sensors were assembled into monitoring cabinets and delivered to field sites. The project was not only about shipping probes; the customer needed traceable models, accessories, product records and acceptance materials that could be checked by the engineering team.
